Covid-19 and the resulting fallout has laid bare the inefficiencies of federal government and a failure to address these issues with present digital transformation initiatives, according to a new report posted by Gartner. These inefficiencies, the report stated, is undermining the efficiency of the federal workforce at a time when businesses working with the pandemic, the govt response, and economic recovery need to react quickly to rapid-switching situations with organizational agility.
